Miron Castle Ventures was born out of a vision to reimagine capital access in the real economy , bridging structured finance with the needs of global trade and infrastructure. The firm’s founder, Pascal Ntsama , a seasoned engineer turned finance professional, first made his mark with Canza Finance , a $40 million venture-backed Web3 project that scaled to over$200 million in on-chain assets transaction volume. That success laid the foundation for a new ambition to bring the same level of structure, speed and institutional discipline to physical markets underserved by conventional finance.

In 2023 , Miron Castle Ventures was formally launched as a platform to mobilize capital where it matters most across energy, industry and strategic trade. The following year, Mr. Nuzzo , a seasoned asset manager, trusted mentor and Pascal’s uncle, joined the firm as Chief Investment Officer . With over$100 million in AUM experience across global infrastructure mandates and a track record with institutions such as HSBC, Standard Chartered and Hana Bank , his arrival unlocked a world of possibilities , elevating Miron’s global access, technical capability and strategic depth.

The leadership team’s DNA blends Wall Street precision with enterprise technology acumen, having served across institutions such as IBM, AT&T, HSBC, Rothschild & Co and UBS . This convergence of capital markets, operational intelligence and emerging market focus positions Miron Castle Ventures as a trusted partner for deploying strategic capital at scale.

Co-founder of a $45M web3 financial firm, completing over $200+M in GTV per Annum. Ex. AT&T Mobility HQ Engineering, T-Mobile Product Manage, 7-Eleven R&D Product Manager, IBM Product Manager.

Eva Gachoki, a highly accomplished legal professional, holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Kenya School of Law, Moi University. She furthered her education with specialized courses in Financial Markets at Yale University and Fintech Law & Policy at Duke University. With extensive experience and diverse expertise, Eva brings unparalleled insight to her roles with over 10 years of excellence.

Dr. iur. Marco S. Marty, a University of Zurich Law Doctorate holder, brings extensive expertise in international commercial law, banking, and negotiation. Instructing at the Business Engineering Institute St. Gallen and co-founding MV Legal Partners Inc., he specializes in financial sourcing management while actively engaging in Zurich and Swiss attorneys' associations with over 30 years of experience.
